We are professional photographers based in Edinburgh. Sylwia is a postgraduate at Edinburgh College of Art and has an MA in Photography and Graphic Design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, and Simon comes from Haddington in East Lothian and is an ARPS (Associate of the Royal Photographic Society) in Visual Journalism. We cover weddings as a two ‘man’ team. Having two photographers for the price of one gives the flexibility for greater creativity, while making sure important moments aren’t missed.

 

We have a reportage style — we like to keep our pictures as a natural and spontaneous record of the day capturing all the fun and excitement and quirky moments as they happen, but we also take group photographs and stylish portraits and posed photos using some of the approaches and techniques we use on fashion shoots.

 

We photograph not only weddings but also work for commercial clients, publishers and magazines (click for our website).

We use the very best modern top-end professional equipment to make sure that your wedding is captured with the finest quality possible. We work not only in digital but also in film - some pictures benefit from the old-fashioned treatment.
